► Residence:
Minyi was born and raised in Kartim, La'Hansi with a loving mother and strict father, along with a younger brother who is a whole 10 years older than her. Her mother gave birth to her when she was in her late 30's and so at the moment, Minyi's parents are quite old, making her responsible for their health and income. She continues to reside in Kartim to take care of them, working as a full-time healer in the parish at which her father preaches to every Tuesday and Sunday.

► Job: Healer
As a mage, Minyi utilizes her magic for healing, but as she's only an apprentice, she needs to rely on the Lun'Erco crystals embedded in her wrist accessories, as well as the clip that holds her coat together as her catalysts. She is still an apprentice, under the tutelage of a fellow healer in the city. Even so, it seems as though Minyi has a natural ability when it comes to healing, whether it is with balms, fixing broken bones, or the use of magic. As a caring person, Minyi has always found it comforting to heal the sick, and rescue those in need.

Regardless of the fact, she always asks for some kind of compensation for her work. Money from the rich, but from the poor or middle class, she can vary from a meal to learning a new song to sing to.

► Personality:
Minyi a is sweet, girly-girl. She loves fashion and catching up on the latest trends which included dances and slang terms. Apart from fashion, she enjoys swimming and little work outs to keep her body toned, plus the only thing keeping her with decent stamina. Her work keeps her mostly grounded, never really running around unless it's to help a woman in labour, or fetching the odd errands from her master. A bit of an OCD, Minyi hates lewd and dirty people. She's not lady-like and will always give someone a chance, but she tends to hold grudges especially if the person has done more harm than good.

Her best friends are the most precious things to her and she's always ready to defend them! Good natured, kind and easy-going are her key points. Never talk to her in the morning as she is a grouch and cannot stand losing her beauty sleep. She has an odd way of organizing her food on her plate, trying to form images where there are none, and gets puffy red eyes and nose when she cries. She is allergic to nuts and has a great fear of stormy weather.

Because her father is a priest in the parish, Minyi has grown up believing in the word of the Gods. She is religious, to an extent, and so a lot of her morals derive from what was preached to her. She believes in there being good in all the people she meets, and the beauty within them. However, as mentioned before, Minyi has a hard time shaking off bad situations. Being lied to, or manipulated, it takes her a while to recover from it all.

► History:
At the age of 36, Minyi's mother became pregnant with her daughter and six months later, gave birth to her during a surprisingly warm autumn day. The family resided in Kartim, La'Hansi, where the father was a priest at one of the local churches, as well as owning the random farm animals. Minyi's mother was an herbalist, who grew her own supply on the farmlands, and it could be said that it is there that Minyi's fascination for healing started. The blue eyed girl always watched her mother at work, slowly and meticulously grinding the seeds and leaves to make balms and oils that either stung the eyes, or smelled like freshly washed clothes. But better than that, Minyi always found it heart warming when she saw the balms being used to heal, and the satisfying look of the patient when they were cured. It always made her smile.

She has an older brother, 10 years older to be precise, who is a successful archeologist, currently situated in Zhemetis with his colleagues in the last few months. He goes by the name Marek, an impish boy whose intellect tends to get him in trouble, but as an older brother figure, he's always taken care of his sister. They got along pretty well, though Minyi was never too crazy about getting dirty, and digging around for pretend artifacts that her brother would scatter around in the gardens. She always liked being more of a girly-girl, swishing around in her new dresses, and dancing to the latest tunes.

When she embarked on her apprenticeship to be a healer, Marek often teased her about getting blood on her dresses and staining her clothes forever. At first she feared it, but after successfully stitching up a man's arm that could have been cut off, Minyi found the blood on her hands to be warm and full of life. It fascinated her immensely and made her want to know more about the works of human and leiians bodies.

Five years in the service of her master, on her 20th birthday, Minyi received a package from her brother. She remembered he'd gone all the way north, far from Kartim, so receiving such an item made her curious and excited. When she ripped open the parchment paper, she found a black box, plainly ornate, and definitely not in her style. On top of the box, carved in the onyx wood was written "Fronti nulla fides". The box itself was locked, and though she checked with the delivery man, and the post office, there was no second package that came with it.

After dwelling on the meaning of the box for nearly two days, Minyi finally decided to ask her master. Unfortunately, he knew even less than she of what the box could mean. It seemed like no one in Kartim understood what the language was, or where the box could have originated from. The carpenters said the wood that was used was not painted, but from an actual black tree. The smiths who saw the tiny gold studs in the box said that it was fake, just a stone shined to a sparkling colour.

Now it seemed like Minyi could wait for her brother to return, but try as she might to contact him, her letters never came back with an answer. So now, present day, Minyi is still at home in her city, continuing her studies, but now with a new mystery in her hands. The mystery of the onyx box.

    [to be continued...]

► Hobbies:
Swimming- Anytime and anywhere she can, Minyi will find calm and quiet pleasure in taking a swim. She does her laps to help her think, and let the world around her wash away with the waters.

Collecting- Minyi will collect just about any little item, insignificant or not, from all the areas she has visited. She always collects things from cities and from areas that have made any sort of impact on her life.

Singing & Dancing- Traveling alone can be very quiet at times, so singing comes in handy. She loves learning new songs and even though she's not the best songstress, she finds it fun. Her dancing skills are a lot better, as she loves to keep up with old and new traditional dances.
